Our founder, Melisa, runs a business consulting practice, invests in real estate, co-owns a seasonal tour business, and has spent years in contract administration, which means contracts, documentation, and compliance. Those are the details buyers dig into during due diligence. We built ExitScore because most owners find out what a buyer thinks too late to do anything about it.
